This site is operated by Concrete Jungle Buckets, Inc., based in New York. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
An order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email, and we may decline an order - for example if an item has sold out between your adding it to a cart and paying, or if we cannot verify a payment. Where that happens nothing is charged.
Prices and availability can change without notice. We do our best to describe every piece accurately, but colours can vary between screens.
We currently accept cash on delivery and bank transfer. Bank transfer orders require a payment slip at checkout and are held until we have reviewed it. If a slip is declined, the order is cancelled and the stock released.
CJB pieces are produced in limited runs. Stock shown on the site is live, and adding an item to your cart does not reserve it - it is yours when the order is placed.
Your right to return an item is set out in our Return & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these terms.
An account is optional - you can check out as a guest. If you create one, keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access to it. We may suspend an account being used fraudulently or abusively.
The CJB name, logo, designs, photography and all site content belong to Concrete Jungle Buckets, Inc. and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
Do not attempt to interfere with the site, access parts of it you have not been given access to, or use it to break the law. Reviews you submit must be your own honest opinion of something you actually bought.
We stand behind what we sell. If something goes wrong with an order we will repair, replace or refund it as set out in the Return & Exchange Policy.
Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses - for example lost profit or lost opportunity - or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs, severe weather and industrial action.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of that state. If you are a consumer in another country, this does not remove protections you have under the law of the country you live in.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
