Our 14-day return and refund policy for merchandise purchased from Concrete Jungle Buckets.

At Concrete Jungle Buckets, we take pride in producing premium and luxury apparel. Every order is carefully inspected before shipment. We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase while also protecting the quality and exclusivity of our merchandise.
Eligible merchandise may be returned within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
A return request must be submitted within the 14-day period. Once a return is authorized, the merchandise must be shipped back within 7 calendar days of receiving the return authorization.
Returns requested after the 14-day return period may not be accepted.
To qualify for a return, merchandise must be:
Proof of purchase or the original CJB order number is required.
Concrete Jungle Buckets reserves the right to decline a return when merchandise does not satisfy these conditions.
Because many Concrete Jungle Buckets garments feature premium rhinestones, embroidery, leather applications, specialty hardware, or other embellishments, returned merchandise will be inspected carefully.
Items showing evidence of being worn, washed, improperly handled, altered, or damaged after delivery will not qualify for a refund.
Products identified at the time of purchase as Custom, Personalized, Made-to-Order, Special Order, or Final Sale are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged, except when the customer receives an incorrect item or merchandise that arrives damaged or defective.
This includes merchandise specifically manufactured, sized, personalized, altered, or otherwise produced for an individual customer.
An item specifically identified as FINAL SALE before purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.
The Final Sale designation will be displayed on the applicable product page before checkout.
Unless specifically marked FINAL SALE, sale merchandise remains eligible for return under this policy.
Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange except for merchandise that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For health and hygiene reasons, socks and other hygiene-sensitive merchandise may only be returned if they are unworn, unused, and unopened in their original sealed packaging.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact Concrete Jungle Buckets as soon as possible after delivery.

If the error is confirmed to be ours, Concrete Jungle Buckets will cover reasonable return shipping expenses and provide an appropriate replacement or refund.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights a customer may have under applicable law.
For standard discretionary returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the merchandise was damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law.
If Concrete Jungle Buckets provides a prepaid return label for a discretionary return, the cost of the return label may be deducted from the customer's refund. The amount or method of calculating that charge will be disclosed before the return is finalized.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Concrete Jungle Buckets is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged while being shipped back by the customer.
Once returned merchandise is received, it will be inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Please allow approximately 5 to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
Shipping charges and other specifically disclosed non-refundable charges will not be included in the refund unless required by law.
If an exchange is available, it is subject to merchandise availability.
Because many Concrete Jungle Buckets products are produced in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that another size, color, or style will be available.
When a replacement is unavailable, an eligible customer may receive a refund according to this policy.
Please do not send merchandise back without first requesting a return authorization.
To begin a return, contact Concrete Jungle Buckets through the customer-service contact information provided on our website and include your order number and reason for the return.
Unauthorized returns may experience processing delays.
Concrete Jungle Buckets reserves the right to refuse returns involving suspected fraud, merchandise substitution, excessive or abusive return activity, or items that do not match the merchandise originally shipped.
This provision will be applied consistently and does not limit rights provided to consumers under applicable law.
Customers may request a written copy of this Return & Refund Policy at any time.
By completing a purchase from Concrete Jungle Buckets, the customer acknowledges the Return & Refund Policy made available before checkout.
