Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship across the United States, and internationally to the countries listed in the delivery step at checkout. If your country does not appear there we cannot ship to it yet - email us and we will tell you when that changes.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and the weight of your order. You choose the carrier and service before paying, and the price you see is the price you are charged.

Processing time

Orders are picked, packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next business day. During a drop or a sale this can take a little longer, and we will say so on the site if it does.

Delivery estimates

The delivery estimate shown at checkout comes from the carrier and is an estimate, not a guarantee. It begins when the parcel leaves us, not when you place the order. Weather, customs and carrier backlogs are outside our control.

Tracking

When your order ships we email you a tracking number. If you have an account you can also see it on your order page at any time.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address before paying - we ship to the address on the order. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable we will contact you, and posting it again will cost the shipping charge a second time.

Customs, duties and import taxes

For orders shipped outside the United States, any import duties, taxes or customs charges are your responsibility and are not included in the price you pay us. They are set by your country, not by CJB, and the carrier will usually collect them before delivering. We cannot predict the amount, and a parcel refused because of unpaid duties is treated as a return with the postage deducted.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking has not moved for several days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email support@concretejunglebuckets.com with your order number and we will chase the carrier and put it right.
