Privacy Policy

Who we are

Concrete Jungle Buckets, Inc., based in New York, United States. We are responsible for the personal information described here.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. You can order as a guest - an account is optional.

If you create an account we also store your password (hashed, never in readable form) and any delivery addresses you choose to save.

How we use it

To take payment, ship your order, email you a receipt and order updates, and answer you if you contact us. We email you once after delivery to invite a review. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we are required to keep business and tax records. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete the account. Marketing contacts are removed as soon as you unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to complete your order: the carrier that delivers it, our payment and tax providers, and the service that sends our email. Each is given the minimum needed and none of them may use your details for their own marketing.

Analytics

We record what happens on the site - which products are viewed, added to a cart and bought - so we know what to stock. This is counted using a one-way code derived from your browsing session. We do not store your IP address alongside it, and these records cannot be used to identify you.

If third-party analytics are enabled, those services set their own cookies and are governed by their own privacy policies. See our Cookie Policy.

Security

Information is sent to this site over an encrypted connection. Passwords are stored hashed and cannot be read back by anyone, including us. Payment slips uploaded for bank transfer orders are held on private storage and are visible only to staff reviewing that order.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Deleting an account does not delete the orders you placed - we are required to keep purchase records - but it does remove your saved addresses and wishlist.

Marketing emails always carry an unsubscribe link. Order receipts and delivery updates are not marketing and are sent regardless.

Children

This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us personal details, contact us and we will remove them.

[ADMIN NOTE - the only item left: add the registered postal address for Concrete Jungle Buckets, Inc. here. This has been left blank rather than guessed, because a made-up address on a legal notice is worse than a missing one. If you sell to the EU or UK you also need to state your legal basis for processing.]
