What cookies this site uses, and why.

What cookies are

Small files a site stores in your browser. Some are needed for the site to work at all; others measure how the site is used.

Cookies we need

These cannot be turned off without breaking the site:

  • Session - keeps your cart and, if you sign in, keeps you signed in.
  • Security - a token on every form that stops other sites submitting forms as you.
  • Referral - if you arrive through a Brand Ambassador link we store which ambassador referred you, for 30 days, so their commission is credited correctly.

Analytics

We count what happens on the site - product views, items added to carts, completed orders - so we know what to make more of. This is measured on our own servers using a one-way code derived from your session, and is not linked to your IP address or your identity.

If Google Analytics or a Meta pixel is enabled on this site, those services set their own cookies and can track you across sites. They are governed by their own policies:

How long they last

Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. The referral cookie lasts 30 days. Analytics cookies set by Google or Meta last as long as those services specify in their own policies.

Controlling cookies

Every browser lets you see, block and delete cookies, usually under Settings then Privacy. Blocking essential cookies will stop the cart and sign-in from working. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect your ability to shop.

You can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites using Google’s browser opt-out add-on.
